The initial advance booking amount is non-refundable for any cancellations. However,
Cancellation fees equivalent to 50% of the trip cost will be applied if cancellations are made 30 days before the trip's start date.
Cancellation fees amounting to 75% of the trip cost will be imposed for cancellations made 15-30 days before the scheduled start date of the trip.
Cancellation fees totaling 100% of the trip cost will be levied for cancellations made within 0-15 days before the trip's scheduled start date.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, some activities may be canceled. In such cases, the operator will make efforts to offer an alternative feasible activity. However, no refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
